Rental Guidelines

Adhere to the specified age limits outlined in the equipment descriptions; individuals beyond this age should not use the equipment.
Supervision by a responsible adult while the equipment is in use.
Remove shoes, glasses, sunglasses, jewelry, badges, etc., before using the equipment.
Strictly prohibit climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls of the equipment due to the potential dangers involved.
Cleaning charges may apply if the equipment is returned in a dirty condition.
Ensure the equipment is not overcrowded, taking into account the age and size of users. Match the age range of users with the equipment description and avoid simultaneous use by large and small children.
Prohibit running from side to side on the equipment.
Discourage bouncing on the front safety steps to prevent potential injury; these steps are solely for mounting and dismounting the equipment.
During inflation or deflation, ensure that no one is on the equipment as it poses a danger.
Maintain a clearance of at least two feet on each side and six feet at the rear of the equipment.
In case of heavy rain, ensure the equipment remains inflated and cover any electrical extension cables and sockets. Dry any wetness, including normal bubbling, with a towel.
If the blower stops working, immediately evacuate all users from the equipment. Check fuses and ensure the blower tube or deflation tube is securely attached, without any obstructions.

Refund/ Cancellation

In case of rain, all activities must cease, and the castle should be brought indoors.
Cancellation or refund requests are not permitted due to inclement weather conditions.
$100 deposit will be refunded if the bouncy castle is canceled due to weather condition
